Money Bet Terms & Conditions – Complete & Transparent Policies

Money bet (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") provides an online Sports Betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between money bet and its users.

To use money bet, you must comply with the following general terms:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally eligible to use online betting services.
• You are placing bets in your own name and on your own behalf, not for any third party.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Each person may only register one account with money bet.

Money bet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with little or no prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with money bet, you must provide accurate and complete information. The details required at registration include your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method information.

• Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Money bet may request your National ID or other documents for identity verification at any time.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. If your password is ever compromised, notify money bet immediately.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be put on hold until verification is complete.
• Any account created using false information will be closed immediately.

After registration, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. You must use that OTP to activate your account. Betting features will not be available until your account is activated.

The following rules apply when placing bets on money bet:

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10. The maximum bet amount is set separately for each event.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Odds in live betting change moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If irregularities or match-fixing are detected in any match, money bet reserves the right to void all bets placed on that match.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is confirmed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, money bet reserves the right to void that bet.
• Up to 20 events can be added to an accumulator bet.

Money bet supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment-related rules are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account level.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals on verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the one used for deposits.
• In the case of any suspicious transaction, money bet may place the payment on hold and conduct an investigation.
• Money bet does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

Money bet runs a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to complete a 5–10x wagering requirement.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Money bet reserves the right to end or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.

Money bet reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Registering or operating an account using false information.
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to manipulate the betting system or odds.
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Threatening or abusing other users or staff.

Money bet places the highest priority on protecting your personal information. Any data we collect is used solely to provide and improve our services.

• Your information will never be sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed in response to lawful requests from law enforcement authorities.

• Money bet will endeavor to provide a written response within 7 business days.
• If both parties are not satisfied, the dispute will be resolved through neutral mediation.
• Money bet's decisions on the interpretation and application of these Terms & Conditions are final.

Money bet may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered mobile number or an in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
